After almost a decade since Oasis split, Liam Gallagher, 46, has penned a new track pleading with brother Noel Gallagher, 52, to get the band back together.
Prior to the release of the new track, One Of Us, Liam shared the lyrics via his website.
Despite their long-running feud, which has seen the duo hurl numerous expletive-laden insults at each other, the rock nā roll star has had a change of heart.
Talking about missing his estranged older sibling, Liam discusses the former glory years on his upcoming record Why Me, Why Not?
He sings: āCome on I know you want more, come on and open your door.
āAfter it all youāll find out, you were always one of us, act like you donāt remember.
āYou said weād live forever, who do you think youāre kidding? You are only one of us, in time.ā
Referencing Noel as ākidā, the song also features the line: āItās a shame you thought youād change, but you were always one of us.ā
Liam may be waiting a while for an Oasis reunion as Noel admitted the band will never reform.
During an interview with The Guardian, Noel said: āIāve got one fatal flaw in my otherwise perfect makeup as a human being, which is I donāt forgive people.”
