Liam and Noel Gallagher reportedly to have registered a new joint film production company.
The brothers, whose strained relationship caused Oasis to break up in 2009, allegedly registered a company named Kosmic Kyte. It was registered via Companies House for “motion picture production activities.”
According to The Sun, Liam and Noel are listed as directors along with Alec McKinlay, who manages Oasis and Noel‘s company, Ignition.
This morning (March 17), Liam Gallagher hinted at the project on Twitter, writing:
“They’re going to put me in the movies, make me a star, c’mon you know LG x.”
The report suggests that Liam and Noel may be working on a biopic, inspired by the success of Bohemian Rhapsody and Rocketman.
There’s also speculation about releasing the Oasis Knebworth concert footage. Last month, fans were asked to share memories from the 1996 two-night event to celebrate its 25th anniversary.
