Oasis fans call final Wembley ticket sale a ‘shambles’ due to tech issues and overpriced resale tickets.

Oasis fans are angry after the final ballot sale for the last Wembley concerts was labeled a “shambles.”

Tickets for the two final Wembley Stadium concerts, scheduled for next September, went on sale this morning at 8:30 AM.

This sale was invite-only, restricted to Oasis fans who received a special ballot code by 9 PM the previous night.

The band avoided dynamic pricing, which had caused backlash when general sale tickets were released last month.

Despite this, many fans reported technical issues on Ticketmaster and resale tickets being sold for over £1,000.

Disappointed fans complained that Ticketmaster failed to process their ballot codes, despite following the required steps.

One fan on Reddit expressed frustration, receiving error messages after entering the code and waiting in the queue.

On X, another fan angrily tweeted, calling the situation a “complete disaster” and criticizing Ticketmaster’s service.

Many fans were left disappointed and vented their frustration online, demanding accountability for the repeated ticket issues.

Another fan who lost out sobbed: “Never wanting to buy another concert ticket again.”

Others were raging that they hadn’t got ballot codes, yet within minutes of the new tickets going on Ticketmaster, they were already on resale sites like Viagogo for hiked prices.

Some were going for as much as £1,300 by 8.38am.
