Liam Gallagher and Richard Ashcroft’s co-headlining tour

Brit-rock icons Liam Gallagher and Richard Ashcroft just announced co-headlining tour, with a stop at The Festival Pier at Penn’s Landing this May 17th.

Frontmen of Oasis and The Verve, respectively, were regarded as some of the best in their fields during the 90’s. They even toured together for a brief period of time, where a relatively unknown Oasis opened for The Verve, who were touring their 1993 LP A Storm in Heaven. 

Richard Ashcroft’s most recent solo output appeared in 2016, where he released his 5th LP entitled These People. Liam Gallagher’s solo debut was released in 2017, the aptly titled As You Were, the sign-off phrase Gallagher typically uses for his Twitter posts.
