It can be a little confusing working out where the Gallagher brothers stand on Leeds United.
After all, there was the time that Noel trolled a packed First Direct Arena crowd by asking “How’s your sh***y football team doing?”
When you come from Manchester, it is unlikely that you’re going to be a big fan of the team from across the Pennines.
Though, judging by a recent tweet from a Leeds United fan, Noel’s brother Liam is more fond of the Elland Road side.
Leeds United fan Joe Catling posted a photo of himself with the former Oasis star, and he says that Liam was singing Leeds United’s praises.
“Liam Gallagher, what a bloke!” he said.
Quoting Gallagher, he said: “I f***ing love Leeds, because you’re mental, and you give it United. Your dirty b****rds and I love it!”
There you have it then, Liam Gallagher is fond of Leeds United after all.
