Liam Gallagher confirms he and John Squire are talking about forming a supergroup.
The Stone Roses guitarist joined Liam Gallagher for Knebworth shows last August.
For the occasion, the Mancunian singer teased his fans with this tweet:
āSuper group incoming LG JS,ā
Speaking with Matt Wilkinson on Apple Music 1, Liam Gallagher has said the pair are ādefinitelyā going to work together.
āYeah. Serious, man. But weāve got things to do first, and heās got things to clear up and that. But yeah, Iām definitely going to do summat at some point.ā
Going on with the interview Wilkinson asked if Liam and Squire have actually had the conversation a little bit.
He replied: āMaybe, yeah. Probably did that at Knebworth and that, I think, if I can remember anything about it.”
āBut, no. Thereās talk about summat. Maybe. But no rush. Heās my man, I love him. So if heās got any tunes that need singing, Iām the boy, mate.ā
