Tickets for Liam Gallagher’s Hull gig are selling online for over £1,000.
StudHub, an online ticket exchange company owned by eBay, is selling tickets for the show, which will be at Hull City Hall on Saturday.
When Hull Live checked on Friday morning, the site was listing two main floor general admission tickets for £1,214.99 each and another ticket for £1,397.25.
When tickets were released last week, customers only had to pay £43 to go to the gig.
Liam will be joining the MTV Unplugged Hall of Fame when he performs the intimate gig in front of a small audience at Hull City Hall this Saturday, August 3.
One fan, Jon Walker, who could not get tickets, was not happy to see them being sold online for steep prices.
“I wonder just how many of the tickets went to true fans and not touts to make hundreds if not thousands on them? ” he said.
“No [I didn’t get tickets] and I was online at 9am on both my iPhone and laptop.
“It’s annoying when you see a good half of the tickets gone to touts out to make hundreds if not thousands on them.
“I’ve sent Liam a message about it on Twitter and Instagram but I doubt I’ll get a reply.”
