Liam Gallagher has been detailing his battles with Hashimoto’s disease, a thyroid condition which will likely cut his career short.
In an interview with The Guardian a little while back, Gallagher revealed: “I’ve got a thyroid problem – Hashimoto’s disease – so I can get a really hoarse voice,” as he detailed his regime of warm drinks to help ease the pain. Now, in a new feature with Matt Wilkinson on his Beats 1 radio show, Gallagher added: “I know singers that come up off that stage and not broke into a sweat,” in reference to the amount of energy he exerts on stage. “I’m sweating as soon as I say hello because it’s said with verve. You know what I mean.”
