Liam Gallagher wants to take a pint of Guinness with Tom Jones

Speaking with Absolute Radio, Liam Gallagher revealed that he wants to take a pint of Guinness with Tom Jones.

After a series of a triumphant shows on the recent weeks, Liam is going to join the Isle Of Wight Festival this Friday.

During the interview with Dave Berry, Oasis legend revelaled:

“It’s been a long time since we’ve done the festival and that, so that’ll be good y’know what I mean, hanging out and maybe have a pint of Guinness with Tom Jones because he’s a geezer. I think he’s playing before us, so he’ll be there.”

Isle Of Wight Festival preceeds Liam’s birthday of few day, and asked by Dave if he’s planning and early celebration he answered:

“Ah no, I’m not one of them having a birthday for weeks. That’s wrong. For my 40th, man, I went out to a nice restaurant and that was it. Done!”

“People are having birthdays and they’re going to going on trips around the world for a month. ‘What’s going on here?!’ No wonder this country’s in the way it is, people are having month-long birthdays.”

“I’ll definitely have a couple of drinks and that after the Isle of Wight gig – that’s the last gig I think and (it’s) me birthday (coming up)… so I will probably be out of it for about six months.”
