Noel Gallagher, 52, has hit out and his estranged brother Liam Gallagher, 47, and revealed he’s not happy with his constant jibes about his wife Sara MacDonald.
It’s been a decade since Noel sensationally quit Oasis, and the pair haven’t seen eye-to-eye since.
Earlier this year, Liam made a cutting jibe at his brother’s partner and admitted Sara was the reason why the pair hadn’t reunited.
Taking to Twitter, he told his 3.1million followers the duo should “forgive and forget”.
He wrote: “We all have the ability to forgive and forget – you’ve just got to want to. We all know your desperate to hang out with your little bro it’s just your Mrs won’t let ya. Oh well as you were LG x.” [sic]
However, his remarks irked the High Flying Bird frontman as Noel insinuated there’s more drama behind-the-scenes.
“Family politics can be exhausting,” he told The Daily Star.
“He insults my wife a lot. It is nothing to do with her at all. And he threatens my kids and it all gets a bit stupid.
“Liam has got how many kids? Officially? Four I believe. Nobody has got married yet so the situation has never arisen,” he added.
The Wall of Glass hitmaker ended up in hot water with his family members when he “threatened” Noel’s teenage daughter, Anais.
Sara Macdonald was asked by a fan if she would be watching her brother-in-law take to the Pyramid Stage at this year’s Glastonbury, however she launched a scathing attack on Liam, calling him “a fat t**t doing his tribute act.”
Liam then promptly screenshot the comment and sent it to his niece, writing: “Tell your step mam to be very careful.”
An angered Noel publicly outed Liam on Twitter and fumed: “So you’re sending threatening messages via my teenage daughter now, are you?”
