Good news for Oasis’ fans: on the occasion of the 20th anniversary special of ‘TFI Friday’ we will see playing together Liam Gallagher and Paul ‘Bonehead’ Arthurs!Arthurs, founding guitarist of Oasis, is one of the most loved of the Manchester band’s members by the fans.
Moreover, on drums there will be Zak Starkey, Ringo Starr’s son, who played with Oasis from 2004 to 2008.
Now everybody wants to know: what will do the older Gallagher? Will he make a surprise?
Probably he won’t. Noel repeatedly stated that for him a reunion doesn’t make sense and recently he said that “It’s becoming a little bit annoying” to be asked about it.
As if that was not enough, he has an unhappy story with the program host. In 2011, Chris Evans explained: “When ‘Be Here Now’ came out, we were all so disappointed with the album we opened up a ‘TFI Friday’ with a defibrillator trying to resuscitate it and give the album some life. He [Noel Gallagher] saw the joke and has never spoken to me since.”
