Watch Noel Gallagher cover of David Bowie ‘Valentine’s Day’ as part of a special livestream to celebrate what would have been Bowie’s birthday.
The online celebration marked the rock icon’s 75th birthday and was broadcast yesterday (January 8).
As well as Gallagher, it featured the likes of Gary Oldman, Ricky Gervais, Evan Rachel Wood, Duran Duran‘s Simon Le Bon and John Taylor, Def Leppard, Living Colour, Walk The Moon and Jake Welsley Rogers.
Long-time members of Bowie’s former band also appeared on the stream.
Gallagher performed a cover of ‘Valentine’s Day’, from Bowie’s 24th studio album ‘The Next Day’ in 2013.
Former Oasis guitarist appeared on a screen behind the live band, performing the track on an acoustic guitar.
